Snappy Kraken, the martech innovator dedicated to powering smarter, more efficient financial advisor marketing initiatives, has announced the launch of Snappy AI, an AI marketing operations coworker designed to help financial advisors and their marketing teams analyse campaign results, identify gaps in follow-up and determine what to do next.
Built directly into Snappy Kraken and powered by Claude, Snappy AI analyses an advisor’s authorised campaign activity, audiences, results and account setup alongside Snappy Kraken’s marketing expertise to provide account-specific guidance.
It protects personally identifiable information (PII) by not retrieving individual contact names, email addresses or other contact-level personal information, while existing user permissions govern which accounts it can access.

Snappy AI is also read-only, designed with the compliance needs of financial advisors and firms in mind: it can analyse, recommend and guide, but cannot launch campaigns, publish content or change account settings.
Snappy Kraken plans to expand its capabilities over time as part of a broader AI roadmap for advisor workflows.
“Most advisors don’t have a marketing activity problem. They have a visibility problem,” said Robert Sofia, CEO of Snappy Kraken. “They’re running campaigns, sending emails and generating engagement, but it’s not always clear what’s working or where opportunities are slipping through the cracks.”
“Snappy AI connects those dots and helps advisors focus on what will actually move their marketing forward. That’s where we see the real opportunity for AI — not just creating more content, but helping advisors make smarter decisions with the marketing they’re already doing.”
Snappy Kraken’s own research underscores how easily those opportunities can be missed. Its State of Digital & AI 2026 report, which analysed aggregate, anonymised data from more than 9,000 financial advisors, found that advisors with connected CRM systems and real-time contact synchronisation generated roughly three to four times as much engagement, yet only about one in four had connected their CRM.
Similarly, while roughly four in five advisors sent market updates, only about one in five used nurture campaigns to follow up with prospects.
Snappy AI is designed to surface these types of gaps within an advisor’s own marketing efforts. An advisor wondering, “Where is my marketing losing momentum?” might learn that they are regularly sending market updates but do not have a follow-up campaign in place.

Snappy AI can then recommend a relevant nurture campaign and link directly to where the advisor can review or set it up.
For marketers and administrators supporting multiple advisors, Snappy AI can also identify which advisors may need help and with what, flagging gaps in setup, integrations and campaign activity across authorised accounts.
A marketing team could quickly see which advisors have yet to connect their CRM, launch key campaigns or complete important setup steps, helping larger firms pinpoint where additional support is needed.
This gives teams a clearer view of where to focus support, training and outreach, while leaving marketers in control of what to prioritise.
Snappy Kraken will also launch Office Hub in Q4, giving marketing teams one central place to track advisor setup and integrations across their network and make shared updates to account and branding settings without repeating the same work in each advisor account.
Together, Snappy AI and Office Hub reflect Snappy Kraken’s broader focus on building tools for teams supporting and scaling marketing across many advisors.
