    RAYA Customer Experience, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, announced a strategic partnership with Zain Saudi Arabia, the leading company in communications and digital services. This partnership will enable RAYA CX to provide outsourcing services to Zain Saudi Arabia and enhance its customers’ experience in the Kingdom.

    Ahmed Refky, CEO of RAYA CX, Engineer Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither, CEO of Zain Saudi Arabia, and several senior officials of the two companies were present for the signing ceremony.
