ManageEngine has announced the results of their 2021 Digital Readiness Survey, recently. The study revealed that 86 per cent of organisations worldwide use artificial intelligence (AI) more than they did two years ago. Yet, only 35 per cent reported improved confidence in the technology.
The study focused on understanding the technological and process maturity of business in the post-pandemic world, in areas including remote work, security, business analytics, and AI.

One of the major reasons for the increased use of AI is to improve business analytics (63 per cent) increased operational efficiency (62 per cent), and enhanced customer experience (60 per cent). While some fear the AI performance, 94 per cent of the global respondents believe AI to produce measurable results.
The survey of 1210 executives and technology professionals, was commissioned to Dimensional Research by ManageEngine. Researchers investigated geographical trends in North America, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, India, and Singapore.
