KNOREX Launches KAI Assist and MCP Server
New conversational capabilities and MCP empower marketers to seamlessly manage, execute, and optimise cross-channel campaigns using natural language.

KNOREX, Ltd., a provider of AI-driven cross-channel programmatic advertising execution solutions, has announced the launch of KAI Assist within its flagship advertising management execution platform, KNOREX XPO.
With complete rollout by the end of September, KAI Assist introduces a conversational, natural language interface designed to streamline end-to-end digital advertising workflows—from campaign creation and audience targeting to real-time optimisation.
Building on this momentum, KNOREX will also release the KNOREX XPO MCP Server in October 2026. By leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP), this integration enables enterprise clients and agency partners to natively connect platforms like Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI models directly to their advertising infrastructure.

Once activated, users can execute complex cross-channel campaigns simply by interacting with their preferred AI assistant using everyday language.
Bridging Agentic AI and Programmatic Execution
As digital advertising grows increasingly complex across the Open Internet and walled gardens, marketers face mounting operational overhead. KAI Assist addresses this friction by letting users bypass traditional, multi-layered dashboard navigation. Advertisers can issue plain-text commands to spin up campaigns, adjust parameters, and refine audience targeting segments instantly.
The introduction of the KNOREX XPO MCP Server takes this a step further by bridging external AI models directly with live campaign data and execution environments.
Clients utilising Claude or OpenAI can turn on the XPO MCP server to bridge high-level strategy and low-level programmatic execution, allowing their trusted AI tools to query performance metrics, interpret cross-channel analytics, and orchestrate marketing adjustments securely within a unified workflow.
“AI is truly the new UI,” said Abhishek Kumar, VP of Product and Engineering at KNOREX. “We are moving away from forcing marketers to click through endless dashboard menus and configuration screens. With KAI Assist and our new MCP server integration, conversational language becomes the interface, allowing our users to focus entirely on strategy while the technology handles the complex execution underneath.”
“We believe this should help to drastically streamline and cut down on the tedious clicks to getting ad campaigns up and running. The integration of conversational AI and MCP architecture marks a massive leap forward in how advertising operations are handled.”
“By letting marketers speak directly to their campaigns—whether through KAI Assist or via external foundational models like Claude and OpenAI—we are removing technical barriers and turning intent into execution faster than ever before.”
