AirOps, the Content Engineering platform for AI search, has announced the launch of a new suite of enterprise integrations, giving content teams the ability to manage, refresh, and publish content at scale, directly from AirOps to the tools they already use.
The release adds native integrations across CMS platforms, including Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack, Ghost, and Strapi, as well as project management tools including Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, and Airtable.
For the first time, enterprise teams can move at the pace AI search demands, from insight to publication, in one connected workflow.
AI search engines are increasingly deciding which brands to prioritise, and the window for fresh content to earn citations is unforgiving.
Recent research found that content not updated within 3 to 12 months is significantly less likely to be cited, meaning every stale piece of content is an opportunity for a competitor to be recommended instead.

For enterprise teams managing hundreds or thousands of CMS pages, keeping pace with that freshness window is nearly impossible when the workflow runs across a dozen disconnected tools.
AirOps’ latest integrations close that gap. Content teams can now import entire content collections directly from their CMS into AirOps, run them through AI-powered workflows for creation, refresh, or optimisation, and publish finished content back in one click.
Project management integrations automatically sync task statuses as content moves through review, keeping teams aligned without the manual coordination that slows enterprise teams down.
“In our first two months of active AirOps use, we saved 37 developer hours and anticipate saving 60 hours in the next two weeks,” said Josephine Cahill, Web Lead at OysterHR. “And this doesn’t even account for content team time saved. It’s purely developer hours because of the Webflow integration.”

Other regulated, brand-sensitive companies like Chime and Borderless AI already trust AirOps to manage their AI search operations at scale, with the security, permissioning, and controls their teams require.
For those running an integrated content stack on AirOps today, the impact is immediate. Borderless AI went from publishing 5 blogs per month to 30, keeping their content library consistently fresh and visible in AI search. AirOps’ integrations extend that trust across the entire stack, from project management to the CMS.
“AI search moves at an absolutely relentless speed, and even the most advanced teams struggle to keep pace,” said Alex Halliday, Co-founder and CEO of AirOps.
“What we’re seeing is that AI search is fundamentally changing how marketing teams are structured and how they operate. Content is becoming less of a guessing game and more of an engineering discipline, with a continuous pipeline of signals, actions, and outputs that has to run at the pace of AI.”

The new integrations build on an expanding ecosystem across the AirOps platform. Through Page360, AirOps’ unified insights layer, teams can connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and AEO data for a complete view of content performance across every discovery channel.
Teams can also connect to SEO research tools, including Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and DataForSEO for keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimisation. Slack and Gmail integrations keep teams in sync as content moves through review and approval.
And for teams looking beyond their own domain, YouTube and Reddit plug directly into workflows for content repurposing and brand research. Together, these integrations make AirOps the connective layer for AI search optimisation, from research and creation through publishing, human review, and project tracking.
