    Zoho Integrates OpenAI Across Its Product Lineup

    Zoho launched 13 generative AI Zoho application extensions and integrations, powered by ChatGPT, blending third-party intelligence with Zia, Zoho’s AI engine, which runs on Zoho’s secure cloud. Zoho CRM will use generative AI to extract and summarise key information from customer records, offer predictive analysis on deals in progress, create personalised emails and custom templates, and check content for grammatical errors.

    GIG Gulf Partners With MoEngage For Customer Journey Experience

    GIG Gulf, an insurance provider in the MENA region, has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, to enhance its real-time customer journey experience. MoEngage will enable GIG Gulf to improve its real-time customer journey experience right from claim initiation to real-time claim status and updates. GIG Gulf will utilise MoEngage’s extensive capabilities to ensure timely updates to its customers and, in the long run, improve customer stickiness and NPS.

    Algolia Launches NeuralSearch, A Vector And Keyword Search API

    Algolia launched Algolia NeuralSearch, providing vector and keyword search in a single API with end-to-end artificial intelligence processing every query. Algolia NeuralSearch understands natural language and delivers results in milliseconds. It  uses advanced large language models (LLMs), the same technology underpinning ChatGPT and generative AI, and goes a step further with Algolia’s Neural Hashing for hyper-scale and constantly learns from user interactions.

    Alloy.ai launches Demand and Inventory Control Tower

    Alloy.ai, a software platform that helps consumer brands rapidly sense and adjust to changes in consumer demand and supply chain disruptions, announced the launch of new features that make it the first Demand and Inventory Control Tower purpose-built for consumer brands. The Alloy.ai application is powered by a data platform that automatically aggregates and harmonises point-of-sale (POS) data from all of a company’s retail and ecommerce channels and syncs it with inventory and internal supply chain data from ERP systems.

    Accenture to Acquire Einr AS

    Accenture has agreed to acquire Einr AS, a Norwegian business consulting company specialising in high-volume logistics solutions using SAP® technologies to optimise the flow of products from manufacturers to consumers. The acquisition will further enhance Accenture’s SAP capabilities, helping it accelerate supply chain reinvention for organisations within the retail and consumer electronics industries. Once the acquisition is completed, Einr’s 42 employees will join the Accenture SAP Business Group in the Nordics.
