With the integration between Emplifi and Oracle Commerce platforms, companies can access product collections, and catalogues configured in Oracle Commerce, then synchronise and sell across social media storefronts.
Emplifi, a customer experience platform provider and member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has integrated its Social Commerce Cloud with Oracle Commerce and made it available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
With the integration between Emplifi and Oracle Commerce platforms, companies can access product collections and catalogues configured in Oracle Commerce, then synchronise and sell across social media storefronts. Companies looking to capture and convert shoppers on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram shops also can access inventory and order status because of the real-time, bi-directional synchronisation between the two platforms, coupled with real-time dashboards and analytics available in Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud.

Emplifi’s Social Commerce Cloud includes cross-channel ShopSync for ecommerce and storefront integration; ShopClerk conversational commerce to help answer consumer questions in real time; integrated social customer care tools for customer service; and Shop 360 Analytics to enable companies to measure real-time sales performance across all social shops through comprehensive, customisable dashboards and reports.
