  • Azira, a global consumer insights platform, has announced the launch of Azira One, a next-generation AI location intelligence platform that enables destination marketing organisations (DMOs), tourism boards, and travel brands to instantly explore, analyse, and visualise complex location data through natural language.

Currently in beta with DMOs and travel marketers, Azira One will expand to additional verticals, including retail and QSR, later in the year.

This new solution integrates large language models into Azira’s insights — enabling DMOs and travel brands to interact directly with Azira’s location reports and datasets. Users can perform advanced analytics and generate deep insights on any location, point of interest, and visitor group instantly through natural language processing.

Azira One is built on Azira’s award-winning global data infrastructure of 13 trillion consent-driven location signals, used by data, operations, and marketing leaders across industries such as travel, QSR, and retail, to leverage location insights that drive business performance.

Historically, generating custom location intelligence reports required significant time and analytical resources, creating internal barriers that prevented marketing and operations teams from accessing critical insights.

Azira One, which is built on Azira’s rigorous filtering and data quality standards, streamlines the entire process through a conversational AI interface that fetches data, performs advanced calculations, and generates contextual and visual outputs in seconds, enabling businesses to make more informed decisions, faster.

For example, a DMO can ask Azira One to analyse the in-market behaviour of their visitors, benchmark performance and interest insight against origin markets, and get recommendations on where to concentrate marketing spend to increase seasonal visitation.

“Location intelligence has traditionally required specialised tools, analysts, and time to turn complex data into actionable insights,” said Gladys Kong, CEO of Azira. “Azira One changes that by allowing destination marketers to simply ask the questions that matter to their business and get meaningful answers in seconds.”

“Behind that simple experience is a powerful AI engine that can analyse data across multiple dimensions, uncover patterns and surface opportunities that would have taken teams significantly more time and effort to find. We’re not just making location intelligence faster — we’re making sophisticated analysis accessible to the people making the decisions.”

Azira’s platform uses a diversified data approach combining multiple data sources with advanced data science models to provide privacy-safe and accurate location intelligence in an increasingly regulated environment.

The launch of Azira One builds on the recent release of Azira’s Hotel Comparison Report, which leverages specialised agents to analyse hotel comparison sets and recommend competitive strategies, reinforcing the company’s broader push to advance AI integration and privacy-first data innovation for the travel and tourism industry.

Following the initial launch of Azira One, Azira plans to fully integrate AI agents across its entire product portfolio, with Azira One serving as the centralised platform.

By the end of Q4, brands and advertisers will be able to seamlessly move from insight generation to marketing campaign execution — building audience segments from Azira Insights, activating them through Azira’s omnichannel media buying platform, and measuring real-world performance using Azira’s measurement solutions.
