    Zendesk unveiled Conversational Commerce to connect companies with shoppers throughout their digital customer experience (CX) journeys to provide direct support, marketing, and sales from within a conversation. The new Conversational Commerce capabilities equip companies with service personalisation, sales acceleration, and unified data at scale. Zendesk’s Conversational Commerce and Shopify’s ecommerce platform allow agents to incorporate product catalogues, checkout processes, and promotions into their CX management approaches.

    Salesforce Collaborates With Accenture

    Salesforce has announced plans to collaborate with Accenture to accelerate the deployment of generative AI for CRM. Together, the companies intend to establish an acceleration hub for generative AI that provides organisations with the technology and experience they need to scale Einstein GPT – Salesforce’s generative AI for CRM — helping to increase employee productivity and transform customer experiences.

    Zendesk Introduces Zendesk AI

    Zendesk introduced Zendesk AI, an intelligence layer that combines its data and insights with new AI technologies, including its own proprietary models as well as large language models (LLMs). Zendesk AI allows companies to instantly infuse intelligence into every part of the service experience. It continuously learns from every customer interaction and eliminates the work of manually assigning and routing inquiries. In addition, Zendesk recently partnered with OpenAI and unveiled features that leverage generative AI for response rephrasing and tone shift.

    Salesforce Announces Slack GPT

    Salesforce introduced Slack GPT, a conversational artificial intelligence experience natively integrated into Slack. Slack GPT users can leverage generative AI app integrations and different language models and tap into secure customer data insights from the Customer 360 and Data Cloud. It will work with Einstein GPT to unlock CRM and conversational data. Users will be able to build no-code workflows that embed AI actions and integrate large language models (LLMs) from companies like OpenAI and Anthropic or use the LLM of their choice.

With availability on Google Cloud Marketplace, organisations can deploy Pindrop’s advanced voice authentication and fraud solutions on Google’s cloud infrastructure.
