ACRELEC and SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions have teamed up to provide restaurants that operate drive-throughs with advanced artificial intelligence-powered voice ordering.
SYNQ3’s conversational AI ordering SYNQ Voice solution conversationally interacts with guests in the drive-through lane, captures their orders, and submits those orders directly into restaurant point-of-sale systems. It features a natural language processing (NLP) stack and conversational management platform.
ACRELEC’s OrderMatic is a microphone array system that leverages the same technologies powering AI home assistants. It provides drive-through restaurants with noise and echoes cancellation.
