Five9 Opens New Data Centres in India

  • Five9 has opened two new Five9 Data Centres in Delhi and Mumbai, India, to support both local and multinational enterprises powering customer experience strategies in the region.

    The company also announced it has achieved the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) Unified Licence (Virtual Network Operator) (UL VNO) licensing to provide Access Services, National Long Distance and International Long Distance in India. This will allow Five9 to partner with local carriers and ISPs, to offer both telephony and network connectivity within the region.

    Today’s consumers expect seamless and cohesive experiences that deliver value at every touchpoint. With expanded availability in India, Five9 customers can now leverage a single platform to support multiple India calling regions.

    Additionally, Five9 customers can use Five9 as their primary telecommunications provider or use their existing in-country Telco service with Five9’s BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) solution.
