Customer Experience leaders from the region will be celebrated for their work in CX and their contributions to the community. This year, CX Strategy Stalwarts will be honoured for their work in CX and their contribution to the community.
CX Strategy Stalwarts
The CX Strategy Stalwarts awards recognise leaders empowering their businesses to deliver exceptional customer experience.
The awards will be presented to the winners at the CX NXT – Customer Experience Summit due to take place on November 16, 2022, at Dubai Marina.
Following the successful virtual edition last year, the CX NXT 2022 edition will be a two-day in-person event. More than 350 CX leaders and practitioners are scheduled to attend this summit. CX NXT summit is a flag-bearer of customer experience tech evolution in the Middle East, driven by technology and accelerated by digital transformation.
