The annual Customer Experience Awards have been announced to acknowledge the region’s stalwarts and enterprises enhancing customer experience through technology.

The CX Strategy Stalwarts awards recognise leaders empowering their businesses to deliver exceptional customer experience.

The awards will be presented to the winners at the CX NXT – Customer Experience Summit due to take place on November 16, 2022, at Dubai Marina.

Following the successful virtual edition last year, the CX NXT 2022 edition will be a two-day in-person event. More than 350 CX leaders and practitioners are scheduled to attend this summit.
