  • Tableau completed its redesigned Tableau Partner Network (TPN) that brings a number of new benefits to customers and partners.

    The newly revamped program enables Tableau’s partner ecosystem to deliver high-quality customer experiences and greater visibility into the commitment and skill level of Tableau’s partners. This is done using a new tiering system that divides the partners into the areas of reseller, services and technology in the levels Premier (Top), Select and Member, which are identified by a newly introduced branding. Customers can now find a qualified, local partner more easily because the Tableau Partner Network aligns and evaluates partners based on performance-based criteria in the countries in which they do business compared to global ones.

    The requirements of the new program are designed to ensure that partners have the basic capacities and skills to have a long-term impact on customers in a country.

    Introduced in September 2020, TPN enables Tableau’s global ecosystem to meet evolving customer needs and deliver quality customer experiences. TPN’s 1,200+ partners are divided into three areas to support Tableau customers:

    Resellers identify customer needs and support implementation and accelerate time to market so customers can get up to speed with Tableau.

    Services Partners optimise Tableau investments and deliver value through implementation, change management, and other value-added services to ensure that data transformation initiatives are successful.

    Technology partners offer complementary technology solutions to Tableau that complement and expand the platform and bring together the data that is important for a company in one place.
