In this role, Elkhatib will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Sprinklr’s platform and capitalising on the strong demand in MEA and APJI.
Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern enterprises, announced the appointment of Haitham Elkhatib to Senior Vice President, Growth Markets.
In this role, Elkhatib will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Sprinklr’s platform and capitalising on the strong demand in MEA and APJI – which includes the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Japan, and India markets.
Elkhatib brings years of sales strategy experience to this new role. He joined Sprinklr in 2018 as Regional Director in Dubai. Prior to Sprinklr, he held several sales positions at enterprise software companies – including Regional Sales Manager for Oracle Marketing Cloud, Regional Director for Lithium Technologies, and Sales Manager for EMC.
