  • NLX has introduced a freemium pricing model, allowing users to build AI-powered conversational experiences using the same platform technology available to its enterprise clients.

“User-friendly website creation platforms transformed the internet as we know it with millions of sites, billions of users, and trillions of dollars in commerce,” said Andrei Papancea, Co-Founder and CEO at NLX.

“As conversational applications become the dominant way that humans interact with technology, NLX makes it easy for anyone to deliver those experiences to end users for any use case imaginable.”

By making its platform accessible to anyone, not just enterprise organisations, NLX creates an easy way for individuals to harness the power of AI technology to solve business problems or as a creative outlet. NLX is the bridge from the extreme innovation of large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to people using them to make something new.

Users can build an application without configuring other services like a voice channel or a large language model (LLM). Users can also connect to an LLM provider of their choice separately or use their own keys through the NLX platform.

Builders are charged only when end users engage with the application on a website or mobile app. Each conversation is 5 cents up to 10,000 conversations per month, and NLX is providing each builder with a one-time $20 credit to get started.

The NLX platform offers a no-code interface and is designed for easy integration, enabling teams to create and manage conversational experiences with limited engineering involvement. It includes features like Voice+, which aligns voice with digital channels, and Generative Journey, which combines free-form conversations with structured workflows.

Builders will also have access to Touchpoint, an out-of-the-box, multimodal interface that incorporates chat, voice, images, and video into conversational experiences.

“The conversational applications that people can build and deploy with NLX are sophisticated, feature-rich, and scalable, like something an AI engineer would create,” added Andrei Papancea.

“We’re putting the most powerful AI tools and technologies in the hands of everyday users by simplifying their build and ongoing management while providing unmatched versatility of interaction.”

NLX has built-in and pre-selected components to make it easy for beginners, but like the enterprise version, users can easily select different LLMs and other integrations using simple drop-down menus.
