    Nvidia Brings AI Computing Platform To Snowflake

    Snowflake, a cloud data analytics company, partnered with computing company Nvidia to allow customers ranging from financial institutions to healthcare and retail to build AI models using their own data. Nvidia is taking a “fairly engineering intensive” move of embedding its NeMo platform for training and running generative AI models into the Snowflake Data Cloud, said Huang.

    Zendesk has acquired Tymeshift, an artificial intelligence-powered workforce management (WFM) solution. Built exclusively for Zendesk customers, Tymeshift simplifies the management of complex customer experience (CX) workloads. Tymeshift is an AI-powered solution built on Zendesk to help organisations track agent activity, productivity, and efficiency in real time and includes capabilities for automatically creating schedules, forecasts based on ticket volume and subject matter; and real-time reports.

    DoubleVerify, providers of a platform for digital media measurement, data, and analytics, has expanded its quality solutions with Meta to enable media measurement and help maximise advertiser performance on Facebook and Instagram Reels.
