FMG Unveils 3 New AI-Powered Solutions

  • FMG has announced the rollout of three new AI-powered solutions: Overwatch, Sidekick, and Muse. Each tool is designed to help financial advisors and compliance teams save time, work more efficiently, and create high-quality marketing content.

    Overwatch: 

    Overwatch is an AI Coach that finds language likely to be flagged by compliance teams, helping advisors identify and address issues as they create content. By providing instant recommendations, Overwatch helps advisors submit marketing materials that move through compliance review faster and with fewer edits, saving time for both advisors and compliance teams.

    Additional Overwatch features, including content comparison, policy risk scoring, and one-click corrections, are planned for release later this year.

    “Overwatch helps reduce compliance friction so advisors can move faster while giving compliance teams confidence that every submission has been pre-screened,” said Dave Christensen, Chief Product and Technology Officer at FMG.

    Sidekick: 

    Launching this quarter, Sidekick gives advisors instant, in-platform support, making it easier and faster to get the help they need. Through a conversational interface, advisors can ask questions about everything from platform “how-tos” and technical support to marketing best practices.

    Sidekick taps into FMG’s full Knowledge Base, platform resources, plus webinars, blogs, and the marketing insights of FMG thought leaders Samantha Russell and Susan Theder. Advisors can find immediate answers to improve their marketing, troubleshoot issues, and take action without waiting for a support response.

    Future Sidekick enhancements will include intelligent scheduling, calendar insights, and personalised performance nudges to help advisors maximise their marketing results.

    “Sidekick gives advisors the instant support they need, right inside the platform,” said Scott White, CEO of FMG. “It’s about helping them move faster, work smarter, and get answers exactly when they need them.”

    Muse:

    Launching this summer, Muse helps advisors quickly generate emails, blog posts, and social media content based on their defined goals, target audience, tone, and voice style.

    By capturing the advisor’s intent up front, Muse produces marketing content that is sharper, more relevant, and aligned with both best practices and compliance standards. Future enhancements will include brand voice personalisation across the FMG library through a “voice print”, ensuring that every piece of content reflects each advisor’s unique communication style.
