Experience management consultancy New Metrics recently announced their formal partnership with professional networking giant LinkedIn for end-to-end employee experience offering.
The Dubai-based company specialises in people-centric digital transformations: looking to blend the latest in technology with human nature to help clients provide quality experiences for employees and customers alike.
Mapping the employee journey forms a core part of this proposition – from talent acquisition to onboarding, promotions, engagement, skill development, performance and loyalty to exits. New Metrics experts use advanced and customised learning strategies to support MENA clients at each step of this process – and worked with LinkedIn for the last two years to add a host of digital talent tools to the mix.

The two companies have now made the partnership official. “We are proud to partner with LinkedIn to jointly build a unique value proposition that brings our expertise in people-enablement and experience-design to our combined client ecosystem,” said New Metrics Academy partner Miriam Kugel.
“Powered by LinkedIn’s portfolio of solutions, we can now embed new elements into our employee experience design approach, create omnichannel internal and external employer branding campaigns, and drive accelerated blended learning programs.”
“With the capabilities of LinkedIn now firmly integrated into New Metrics’ proven approach, our clients will be able to reimagine their human-centric digital transformation efforts and create new avenues for business growth,” added Kugel.
New Metrics was founded in 2013, and has since supported a host of big-ticket clients with their digital transformation – most notably Sky News, Mercedes Benz, Bank Muscat, Oman Aviation Group and Aldar.
