CallTower, a global provider of cloud-based communications (unified communications, contact center, and collaboration solutions), announced the successful acquisition of Genesys-led, CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) provider, integrator, and managed services, Canada-based, Inoria Inc.
This acquisition marks a strategic milestone in CallTower’s mission to deliver best-of-breed CCaaS solutions, expand its Customer Experience (CX) and Conversational Artificial Intelligence (CAI) capabilities to the global market.
