AdCellerant and Vendasta have announced an expanded strategic partnership to equip more than 250,000 small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with integrated, AI-powered marketing and business solutions.
After seven years of successful collaboration, the two companies began exploring new opportunities to deepen their alliance earlier this year.
The result: an integration of AdCellerant’s digital advertising platform, Ui.Marketing and Vendasta’s AI customer acquisition and engagement platform—creating a combined offering for partners and their customers.

This enhanced partnership brings together:
- Programmatic Display, Connected and Streaming TV, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and Local SEO are now available to Vendasta partners.
- Vendasta’s AI-powered business tools, including AI Receptionist, Business App, and custom AI employees, will soon be available for AdCellerant partners to resell.
Together, these solutions offer a seamless connection between lead generation and lead management, giving local businesses the ability to not only drive demand through digital advertising but also respond and convert leads effectively through automation and AI.
Both companies share the same goal to empower partners with the best tools to help SMBs grow, making this next phase of their relationship a natural progression.
