  • ROR Partners, LLC, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a data-driven, AI-powered performance marketing firm, has announced the acquisition of Incline Marketing, LLC (“Incline” or “Incline Marketing”), a digital marketing agency specialising in organic solutions for location-based service businesses. 

    Founded in 2018 and based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Incline Marketing provides owned and earned media services for home service businesses such as roofing, pest control, pool services, and HVAC.

    The agency’s capabilities include local and national SEO, website development, CRM platform operations, customer call centres, Large Language Model Optimisation (LLMO), and Google Local Services Ads (LSAs).
