Airship, a cross-channel customer experience company, has introduced two new features to its Airship Experience Platform: Branching and Custom Views. These updates help marketing, product, and growth teams deliver more personalised digital experiences without the need to rebuild existing native content for different purposes, saving time and resources.
Static and disconnected CXs continue to contribute to user drop-off and lost conversion opportunities. To address this, Airship has introduced a new Branching capability designed to help marketers build more adaptive app and web experiences.
Branching allows for real-time adjustments to user journeys based on individual behaviours—such as skipping onboarding steps that aren’t relevant, modifying survey questions based on earlier responses, or adjusting promotional flows according to user interest.
The feature is designed to require no code or developer time, aiming to support more efficient content delivery and improved data collection.

Moreover, Custom Views empowers marketers to increase efficiency and consistency by reusing existing, high-performing native elements from their app or website — such as interactive maps, shopping carts, saved favourites or lists, booking interfaces, loyalty dashboards or even native ad units — directly within their cross-channel experiences.
This eliminates redundant development, accelerating the launch of richer, more functional, high-quality CXs across all digital touchpoints.
