  • Salesforce has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Convergence.ai, a company focused on building AI agents. Convergence’s technology enables AI agents to navigate dynamic interfaces, managing everything from web-based workflows to multi-step processes by adapting in real time to challenges like pop-ups, errors, and UI updates.

    Following the acquisition, Convergence’s team and technology will contribute to the development of Agentforce, part of Salesforce’s broader AI strategy. Their knowledge in AI agent design, task automation, and adaptive systems is expected to support ongoing work on building agents suited to more complex digital workflows.
