XPON Acquires Alpha Digital to Accelerate AI-Powered Growth
Alpha Digital’s acquisition will accelerate XPON’s AI-led marketing strategy and fast-track profitability through expanded client reach.

XPON Technologies Group Limited (XPON) has announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Alpha Digital Design Consultants (Aust) Pty Ltd, an Australian digital marketing business with settlement expected to occur in May 2025 (subject to standard settlement conditions).
This acquisition creates a repeatable Acquire → AI Enable → Cross Sell M&A playbook that will leverage an AI-powered approach to bring together complementary marketing technology and services businesses.
