Nissan Launches Latest Programme to Reward Loyal Customers

  • Nissan Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of a new rewards programme through a dedicated mobile application. The programme was created as part of a partnership between Nissan Saudi Arabia and The Entertainer, a lifestyle-based rewards app. The app was created with the aim to change the way customers with the brand. It also focuses on Nissan’s commitment to “defy ordinary”.

    Adib Takieddine Managing Director of Nissan Saudi Arabia said, “We believe in putting customers at the centre of everything we do and by launching the rewards program it showcases Nissan keenness into fulfilling the needs of its customers and creates an essence of loyalty between the two parties.”

    Through the app the brand aims to improve customer loyalty and after-sales services. It also aims to offer discounts to Nissan customers not only in the automotive industry, but across different categories such as F&B, beauty and fitness, leisure, retail and hospitality. The rewards programme also has different offers and discounts that include “2 for 1”, “Fixed price off”, “Package price”, and “Percentage off”.

    The rewards programme offered by Nissan is available to all New Nissan owners by default, and they can access the programme’s benefits through the Nissan App. Through the app customers would be able to advance through tiers by accumulating points. These points are earned through aftersales purchases and interactions with Nissan, with each tier offering specific benefits and merchants. The system also encourages tier advancement through after-sales services.
