    Sitecore, a provider of digital experience software, today at its Sitecore DX event in Minneapolis, launched XM Cloud Plus and Sitecore Accelerate to help companies speed up their move to the cloud. XM Cloud Sitecore’s fully-native cloud CMS solution, has been upgraded in XM Cloud Plus, an extended digital-experience solution that brings together content management, artificial intelligence-powered search, personalisation, customer data management and analytics.

    Meta Introduces New AI Tools for Advertisers

    Meta Platforms (META.O) has started rolling out generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools that can create content like image backgrounds and variations of written text for all advertisers. The company started testing these tools in May, giving access to a select group of advertisers in a “testing playground”. The tools will be available in Meta’s Ads Manager and their rollout will be completed next year.

    Intuit Mailchimp Partners with Wix

    Intuit Mailchimp, an email marketing and automation provider, is partnering with Wix.com, integrating with Amazon’s Buy with Prime, and enhancing its generative artificial intelligence and SMS features ahead of the holiday shopping season.

    Through the Wix partnership, Mailchimp users with Wix accounts will be able to sync and organise their customer data so they can customise their campaigns based on Mailchimp’s real-time behavioural data with segmentation and customer journey tools.

    Dubai Islamic Bank Chooses HPE GreenLake to Enhance CX

    Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced that Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has selected the HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform to modernise their core banking system to deliver improved customer experience and launch new services and digital products. In addition, the deployment of a comprehensive set of HPE Aruba Networking wireless solutions will enhance DIB’s connectivity and mobility capabilities as well as overall network security.
