Bevy has announced the launch of its new AI-powered Engagement Hub — a suite of tools designed to help teams scale personalised engagement across their forums, events, and user groups to build stronger customer relationships.
The launch is powered by Bevy’s third strategic acquisition: Intros AI, an AI platform for intelligent network connections.
“With the acquisition of Intros AI and the launch of Bevy’s new Engagement Hub, we’re giving community teams an AI toolkit to grow engagement across their forums and events,” said Derek Andersen, Co-Founder and CEO of Bevy.
Bevy’s Engagement Hub integrates new tools — including a community knowledge agent, gamification agent, content creation agent, moderation agent, and pulse sentiment agent, and Intros AI engine.
With this release, enterprises can use AI to get on-demand answers, AI driven moderation, and automate 1:1 introductions between community members based on shared goals and interests.
“Bevy is redefining what it means to engage a community at the enterprise level — not only through events, but with AI agents that support community teams, discussion forums that drive engagement, and now, personalised connections,” said David Kobrosky, Founder and CEO of Intros AI.”
“We’re excited to bring the Engagement Hub to the world’s top companies.”
As community becomes a central strategy for product-led and customer-led growth, teams are expected to deliver meaningful engagement with limited resources. The Engagement Hub gives them a way to scale authentic connections without scaling headcount — unifying AI, automation, and human-centred design into one platform.
