    Pipeliner is expanding those capabilities with the launch of Voyager AI Real-Time Insights and Recommendations, its new AI reporting agent.

    Voyager’s AI Real-Time Insights and Recommendations leverages AI to deliver real-time analytics on key aspects of the sales process, including pipeline health, customer engagement and team performance. It goes beyond basic reporting capabilities to offer AI recommendations centred around optimising sales strategies.

    Pipeliner’s Voyager AI reporting agent enables quick, informed decision-making and integrates seamlessly with Pipeliner’s visual pipeline and reporting capabilities. 

    Users can now create reports using AI prompts, making data analysis faster and more efficient. They can also utilise AI to define main entities, columns, grouping, sorting, filters, and charts in reports. Additionally, users can interact with the AI Agent through a chat interface to refine report structures and access chat history.

    To ensure data security, all AI analysis occurs within the Pipeliner platform, ensuring confidentiality and protecting sensitive customer data.
