    NorthLadder, Middle East’s digital trading platform, has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, to personalise engagement, create remarketing strategies and gamify the customer journeys.

    Using MoEngage, NorthLadder aims to build a flawless customer journey, where they identify the device and offer an instant ‘best-price’. In turn, garnering a 100% increase in traffic and a 4x increase in return on investments.

    “An average household in Dubai contains more than AED 5,000 worth of old devices not being used. These devices collect dust and contribute to the growing amount of e-waste on our planet. So, to make our customers aware, we ensured that our messaging remained crisp and clear. Educating our customers with weekly fact-based e-mails about e-waste and why storing a device can be harmful. Our aim with MoEngage is to continue sending these messages in interactive and innovative ways and utilise different channels like push notifications,” said Lalit Ratnala, Director | Digital and Growth at NorthLadder.

    The collaboration with MoEngage is another testimony of the brand’s sustainable approach and further fortified NorthLadder’s endeavour to reduce e-waste.
