It is an initiative by Martechvibe in association with Epsilon.

Thought Collective is an initiative that brings together a community of peers. The aim is to create a space where professionals can share their thoughts on a particular theme that’s affecting the marketing and customer experience community in a big way. It’s a good place to discuss shared challenges and validate ideas that may offer solutions to move ahead.

What’s the New Definition of Brand Loyalty?

One of the biggest trends impacting the loyalty landscape is the shift from pure revenue-based metrics to experience-centric strategies. Loyalty is no longer just about points and rewards but about creating a seamless and emotionally fulfilling journey for the customer.
