    Snapchat Launches ‘My AI’ Chatbot Powered By ChatGPT

    Snapchat launched its own chatbot called “My AI”, using the latest version of OpenAI’s rapidly growing generative text tool, ChatGPT. Currently, only Snapchat+ subscribers will be able to use “My AI”. These subscribers pay $3.99 per month to gain access to “exclusive, experimental and pre-release features.” The company also said that the users should not share any secrets with “My AI” and they should also not rely on it for advice. The user discussions will be recorded and reviewed by the company to increase accuracy.

    Zuckerberg Announces New Team At Meta Working on AI Products

    Meta will create a new product group inside the company focused on generative AI, a new machine-learning technique that allows computers to generate text, draw pictures, and create other media that resemble human output. The unit will combine several teams across Meta, CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a Facebook post. The new group will be organised under current Chief Product Officer Chris Cox. Zuckerberg said the team would build “creative and expressive” tools for use inside Meta’s products.

    Vodafone Germany Expands Partnership With Tech Mahindra, Comviva

    Tech Mahindra, a provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services and solutions, announced that it has expanded its partnership with Vodafone Germany towards the transformation of its sales and customer experience processes. As a part of this multi-year engagement, Comviva, a Tech Mahindra company, will deliver a unified sales solution across mobile, fixed, cable and TV services businesses of Vodafone Germany.

    Amdocs, a provider of software and services to communications and media companies, has partnered with Microsoft to launch the Customer Engagement Platform. It aims to empower service providers to improve their engagement and end-user experiences and journeys across all channels and applications, streamline business processes, monetise 5G use cases, and accelerate the move to the cloud while leveraging artificial intelligence.

    Sprinklr Adds Local Data Hosting Solution in Australia, New Zealand

    Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management platform for modern enterprises, announced its continued expansion in the Australia and New Zealand market with the launch of a local data hosting solution for the Sprinklr platform. Customers now have the option to host data in Australia through Sprinklr’s hosting services provider. As with all of Sprinklr’s data hosting locations, Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) data hosting will be backed by Sprinklr’s global support teams, technical resources, and subprocessors.
