    Meta Rolls Out AI-Driven Brand Safety And Verification Tools

    Meta recently launched new inventory filters for Facebook and Instagram for advertisers in English and Spanish markets. The tools use a multi-stage AI review system to classify text, photo and video content and are intended to provide more control over the proximity of ads to potentially objectionable content. The controls define high-, medium- and low-risk content. Advertisers can choose from three settings to control the types of content that appear above and below an ad.

    Cognizant Expands Partnership With Microsoft

    Cognizant announced an expansion of their long-standing healthcare collaboration with Microsoft to give healthcare payers and providers easy access to cutting-edge technology solutions, streamlined claims management, and improved interoperability to optimise business operations and deliver better patient and member experiences. The two companies will work together to build an integration roadmap between Cognizant’s TriZetto healthcare products with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

    Sprinklr Introduces Self-Service Plan With ChatGPT

    Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management platform provider, has launched a self-service version of its social media management solution Sprinklr Social. Social media teams can now access Sprinklr Social on a self-service basis by subscribing to its Advanced Plan. This version of Sprinklr Social includes publishing, engagement, and reporting tools integrated with OpenAI’s generative AI models to help social media teams create content more quickly with fewer resources.

    TTEC Digital Launches Optics For Google CCAI Platform

    TTEC, a global customer experience (CX) technology and services provider for end-to-end digital CX solutions, announced it is launching Optics for Google Contact Center Artificial Intelligence (CCAI) Platform. Optics for Google CCAI Platform will be one of the first applications in the Google Marketplace built specifically for the cloud-native contact centre platform. It allows enterprises to leverage existing investments, get a unified view of their contact centre data, and identify trends resulting in shortened time-to-value and a frictionless experience.

    Sendbird Launches Salesforce Connector

    Sendbird, a provider of conversation platforms for mobile apps, has integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud. Sendbird’s Salesforce Connector allows businesses to extend Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities to deliver live chat support experience to customers directly within their own mobile apps. Chat capabilities include rich media attachments, image moderation, webhooks, and a customisable end-user experience. Sendbird is also harnessing ChatGPT to offer live agents advanced tools that enhance their performance within their existing workflows.
